Frequently Asked Questions
What do you need to start working on the banners? When you are placing the order, you should tell me if you have specific text and images that you want me to use and you could also mention your color or style preferences (light or dark background, simple or complex style, etc.). You can send any image files to the e-mail address listed on the contact page. However, if you don't have specific requirements, then you could just give me your website's address and I will try to put something together based on what I see there.
How long will it take to complete the order? The first draft (main design) should be ready within 24 hours, unless I have many orders in queue. Large orders may take up to a week to complete.
Can I request revisions to the initial design? Yes, you can request some changes to be made to the banners. I offer up to five revisions, but most of my clients are happy after one or two small tweaks. To avoid any need for revisions, I would recommend sending me a few examples of the graphics that you like and listing a few things that you like on those images.
Would you do a trial job first? I rely on this work to pay my bills, so I don't do free work (although, I may offer some minor free help to some of the long term customers). However, if you have any doubts about working with me, then you could start with a very small order first or you could contact me through UpWork, which protects both the clients and the contractors.
Do you create header or slider images? Yes, please send me an e-mail with the details of what you need and I will get back to you ASAP with the price and turnaround estimate.
Can I order a single custom sized banner?
The order page has a list of the most common banner sizes for you to choose from, but if you want a size that is slightly different from them, then you can request a price estimate through the
e-mail address listed on the contact page.
My question was not answered here. Please send me an e-mail and I would be happy to answer any other questions that you have.
